A little about me, I was born and raised in La Vernia, Texas.  I’m a 2002 graduate of La Vernia High School, in 1999 I began dating the love of my life, Chris Kosub, who is now my husband since 2008, together we have two lively little girls, Elly and Enly and one little Boy Ely on the way. Together we are fortunate to live on a small rural farm outside Floresville, and continue to raise our family in the rural heritage that I love and have been blessed with. After graduating high school, me and my future husband opened our own company, from 2001-2008 I helped out in the day to day operations of the company.  During this time I attended Texas A&M in San Antonio and completed a BS in Elementary Education.  My journey to become a real-estate agent began when we were searching out to buy our first farm, I soon realized I loved looking at land and found myself enjoying the experience of viewing new properties.  This led me to begin taking my real-estate courses at Texas Lutheran University. My professional career as a realtor began in 2008, at Crisp Realty in La Vernia, under Kathy Crisp, who had 30+ years of real-estate experience. During this time Kathy was an encouraging mentor that supported my growth.  As of 2019, I felt compelled to start my own brokerage, TKO Listings.  I’ve been fortunate to have many loyal clients, that have given me the opportunity to experience a variety of real-estate transactions (residential, farm&ranch, commercial).  As my career has continued I have built lasting relationships with other professionals, this group of reputable experts benefits my clients, I always seek strong relationships with (loan officers, title companies, inspectors, home service companies) who look out for the best interest of my customers. As your agent  it’s my due diligence to keep your best interest as my number one priority.  I have built my reputation on being ethical and hardworking, I will never put a commission above anything that will undermine my values.
