I was born and raised in La Vernia, Texas and married my high school sweetheart, Chris Kosub, in 2008. We now have four kids, Elly, Enly, Ely and Elm, who keep us on our toes! Together we are fortunate to live on a small rural farm outside Floresville, and continue to raise our family in the rural heritage that I love and have been blessed with.
My career background begin with owning our own business, a degree in Elementary Education and soon found real estate was my true passion. My journey began during our search to buy our first farm, soon realizing that I loved looking at land and enjoyed the experience of viewing new properties. This led me to begin taking my real-estate courses at Texas Lutheran University.
My professional career as a realtor began in 2008, at Crisp Realty in La Vernia, under Kathy Crisp, who had 30+ years of real-estate experience. During this time Kathy was an encouraging mentor that supported my growth. As of 2019, I felt compelled to start my own brokerage, TKO Listings. I’ve been fortunate to have many loyal clients that have given me the opportunity to experience a variety of real-estate transactions including residential, farm/ranch, and commercial. As my career has continued, I have built lasting relationships with other real estate professionals, loan officers, title companies, inspectors & home service companies who help to ensure the best experience for my clients.
As your agent it’s my due diligence to keep your best interest as my number one priority. I have built my reputation on being ethical and hardworking, I will never put a commission above anything that will undermine my values. I would love the opportunity to work with you in finding exactly what you are looking for, or represent you on the sale of your property. Property purchases and sales are the largest financial decisions of our lives, I take my job seriously and I strive to continually keep up with the current market trends and enroll in current real-estate education classes. Here at TKO Listings we look forward to serve our clients to the best of our God given abilities. Thank you for reading about me, now I look forward to learning more about you!

I grew up in the tiny town of Pawelekville (about 10 minutes outside of Falls City). Growing up my family and I would travel the back roads on weekends just enjoying the countryside. You can say that is where my love for real estate began.
I graduated from Falls City ISD and then continued my education at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. After graduating, I married my high school sweetheart, Corey, and we moved to Houston to pursue our careers. While in Houston, we had two wonderful children, Mason and Anna, and decided it was time to move back home to raise our family in the same loving community we were brought up in. I could not wait to put my real estate license to use in the area I grew up driving all those weekends not so long ago! We have also since added a third child, Matthew, to our family.
Growing up in the church I was taught good moral values and to put others before myself. I will carry these qualities with me in ALL of my real estate involvements. I will always do what is best for my clients and keep their best interest at heart. My favorite part of real estate is getting to know my clients and helping them find the perfect property. I hope to have the opportunity to do the same for you.

In many ways I feel God has had me on a path to become your realtor. I was raised in a Christian home and had Christian values and principals like hard work and sincere caring for others instilled in me. In high school, along with many activities such as playing basketball and golf, I worked for Edward Jones and was an officer in the Future Business Leaders of America. When I moved to College Station to attend college, I worked as a loan processor for Aggieland Credit Union and after transferring to Texas State University I studied business administration and worked for the tax office for Comal County. Since moving to my husband Tyler’s home community of Wilson County to raise our four children, I have served on the Community Council of South Central Texas, the Poth Education Foundation and the Poth Economic Development Board. My family enjoys living on a small farm with our cows, dogs, cats, and fish; spending time with our family and friends, taking our kids to church, soccer, and school activities. Professionally, my greatest joy comes from the many positive comments and responses I have received from my clients over the last 12 years as a realtor. I am looking forward to getting to know you and helping you meet all your real estate dreams.

I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for four years now. I have always loved working with clients and had a wonderful career in the non-alcohol beverage industry for over 35 years where I met so many wonderful people.
I was raised on the Southeast side of San Antonio and graduated from Central Catholic High School. My wife and I have lived in the Falls City area for many years where we raised our family and have been active in the community. I enjoy working with clients to help them sell or buy real estate and making the process as stress free and seamless as possible!
